- 11 years ago we had our first born son. Shortly thereafter I left my Middle Level Management position with Oxford Health Plans for a position in copier sales. I hoped to replace my wife's income so she could be a full time Mother. I intentionally chose an industry that would require no out of state travel so I could embrace fatherhood. I have been very successful because I work hard, listen carefully, tell the truth, follow up AND always treat a customer's problem as my problem until it is resolved.
